The original developer of Ninth Brain, Lisa now guides product vision, operations, and project services with equal parts leadership and fun. Beyond work, you’ll find her wandering forests, seeking lighthouses, snorkeling tropical waters, riding roller coasters, or planning her next adventure.

Holly sparks growth through heartfelt engagement and memorable client experiences. With marketing and sales experience, she values genuine communication. Outside work, she loves to travel, cheer at her daughter’s volleyball, play cards with her son, and plan family fun.

Tim, our Brain Ambassador since 2017, sharpens our strategy by aligning messaging, campaigns, and product positioning. He loves great conversations, diving into data and processes, and uniting sales and marketing. Off the clock, he enjoys golf, fishing, and time with family and friends.

After 20 years of paramedic experience—from volunteer ambulances to flight medicine – Matt helps EMS agencies see how Ninth Brain strengthens compliance. Off duty, he coaches football, roots for the Vikings, and enjoys life as a husband and father. He is always up for a date night or good bourbon.

With decades in Fire and EMS, Eric draws on experience as a paramedic, manager, and education leader to help agencies improve compliance and training. When the workday ends, he’s happiest outdoors—golfing, camping, or traveling with his wife, two kids, and three dogs.

Rhonda brings creative energy to Ninth Brain through social media, client and prospect communications, website updates, and vendor coordination. Outside of work, she’s happiest crafting – usually sewing, watercolor, or crochet – and planning her next warm‑weather getaway.

Since joining Ninth Brain, Kerri has applied her organization, communication, and tradeshow experience to streamline sales, support marketing efforts, and manage tradeshow logistics. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, gardening, helping animals, volunteering at church, and reading by the beach.

Jen uses her nearly 20-year background in EMS education and operations to lead our Client Service team and directly support clients every way she can. Off the clock, you’ll find her cheering at hockey games, following her daughter’s soccer team, or happily immersed in a good mystery.

Shane brings decades of EMS experience to Ninth Brain. From rural Texas roots to leading teams and mastering NBS, Shane has been providing clients practical, friendly support since 2010. Off the clock, he and his wife enjoy their pecan orchard, pets, BBQ wins, tractor time, and woodworking.

With over 15 years of experience in working with Cloud Based SAAS; Derek uses his expertise in support, training, and PM with cloud‑based platforms to help agencies streamline processes, reduce workloads, and lower costs. In his spare time, Derek enjoys music, traveling with his wife, and cooking.

A former paramedic, Brittany helps clients utilize Ninth Brain to lighten the load in a fast-paced industry, while collaborating on creative projects and tools that enhance their experience. Married with three kids, she loves family time, board games, nature, good books, and volunteering at church.

A longtime EMS professional, Marcus now brings that experience to supporting clients with a smooth, stress‑free Ninth Brain experience. Beyond work, Marcus trains Jiu Jitsu with his son, and savors laughs, love, and meaningful family time with his wife and two kids.

Joining Ninth Brain in 2002 as a developer, Kevin leads the Technical Services team with equal parts enthusiasm and sarcasm. His hard work keeps the infrastructure and team running smoothly. When not working, he is likely out training for his next endurance event or spending time with his family.

Jake joined Ninth Brain in 2019, bringing over a decade of software development experience. In his free time, he enjoys biking, baking bread, and relaxing with friends at nearby breweries. With two lively kids, you’ll often spot their family adventuring along the shores of Lake Michigan.

Brianna started at Ninth Brain in 2021, bringing 20 years of QA experience and a talent for making the system run smoother. As QA Manager, she loves building a rock-solid team. When she’s off the clock, she’s chasing sunshine or cheering the loudest for her kids at games.

With nearly 10 years of prior government experience and a talent for learning new industries quickly, Robert leads projects with energy and a clear focus on clients’ needs. Off the clock, he’s all about IndyCar racing, lake days, and making memories with his wife and son.

Jared is a developer and designer with 15+ years of experience who joined Ninth Brain in 2021. His passion is crafting clean, intuitive user interfaces. Outside of work, you can find him cheering on his kids at the soccer field, relaxing at the beach with his wife, and enjoying the outdoors.
